Join a growing commercial software company!  Unanet is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill the position of Financial Analyst.


  • Create proposals for customers and ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvements in processes and planning for ongoing changes in the organization and revenue streams
  • Update proposal templates, outlines, and procedure documents for internal and partner teams
  • Respond to customer requests for additional licenses and/or transaction history
  • Respond to internal requests for customer activity and/or status
  • Reconcile bank account monthly and reconcile internal accounts as necessary
  • Enter, manage, and analyze data using advanced Excel skills
  • Other analytical tasks as assigned

 Required Experience Includes

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and/or Accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Word skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Customer facing/service responsibilities
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • 1-2 years of prior experience creating proposals
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, flexibility and a professional work ethic

Additional Experience Desired:

  • Experience with Unanet Financials
  • Use of SalesForce
